So this year among everything else that is different in my life I joined the gym! Now while this doesn't sound like much it really is because i'm so lazy! I hate working out and I hate having to watch what I eat! My absolute favorite thing about food is candy! Anyway I decided since I've gained more weight than I wanted to recently, and that I would finally like to do something about it BEFORE Spring Break. So I joined a gym here in Auburn AC Fitness for Women (because I am not so comfortable working out with guys all around) and I'm trying to watch what I eat. As much as I want a personal trainer I cant afford it and my mom says hell no to paying for it for me so I have been looking up exercises to do at the gym online, because I'm the type of person that likes to at least LOOK like I know what i'm doing. :) So I'm gonna try and keep u updated on my progress (my goal is 10 pounds). And anyone with advice on exercises and things of that sort I'd love to hear it!
Also i'm taking nutrition this semester so that is also helping me with my new goals of becoming more fit and healthy.
